Fred Latuperissa serves as President of ExIm20/20 Group, LLC, a veteran-owned international trade and economic development advisory firm supporting U.S. exporters, airports, manufacturers, tourism organizations, Native American communities, and global logistics initiatives.

With more than 45 years of experience in international trade and economic development, Fred previously served with the U.S. Department of Commerce, International Trade Administration, and U.S. Commercial Service, including domestic and overseas assignments in Asia, Europe, and North America.

Fred currently serves as a Board Member of the National Association of District Export Councils (NADEC) and Chair of the Education & Outreach Committee. He is also Founder and Chair of the Inland Empire World Trade Conference (IEWTC), helping connect government, business, manufacturing, transportation, energy, UAS/drone innovation, and tourism leaders to global opportunities.

In addition, Fred serves as International Trade Advisor to San Bernardino International Airport and the Inland Valley Development Agency, supporting regional logistics, foreign direct investment, export growth, and international business partnerships.
